- You will takecare of post sales direct problem-solving trough method applications ortroubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or applicationsupport and reaching consequent customer satisfaction.
- You will takecare of onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow upregarding Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Automation Product Lines.
- You will takecare of system's performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs.
- You will takecare of new eventually customer's need giving your direct support, incooperation with our sales-people or activating internal support channels-
- Master'sdegree in biology/Biomedical Engineering/Biomedical Laboratory Techniques.
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving anddecision making.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability tocommunicate complex technical / clinical content in an easy-to-understandmanner.
- Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication.
- Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility andavailability also to move into the region assigned.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
