Full-Cycle Account Executive – Italy - Milan

Job summary
We're hiring founding Field Sales / Business Development profiles who want to be early builders — winning in the field, shaping the playbook, and creating momentum city by city.This is not a "maintain the book" role.
Responsibilities
Own and run the full sales cycle end-to-end with Horeca merchants (independent + groups): prospecting → qualification → demo/visit → negotiation → signature → activation.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with consistent forecasting and strong discipline (CRM hygiene, next steps, close plans).
- Spend time in the field (including industry events), becoming the face of Klearly for merchants in your city.
- Closed competitive deals by selling value (not discounts) and handling objections confidently.
- Share structured feedback to improve pitch targeting onboarding product.
