CHEF DE PARTIE - HOTEL ROMAZZINO, A BELMOND HOTEL
La figura professionale selezionata avrà il privilegio di integrarsi nel contesto dell'Hotel Romazzino, emblema di eccellenza e raffinatezza nel panorama alberghiero in Sardegna.
Il rinomato Hotel, situato nella prestigiosa Costa Smeralda in Sardegna, rappresenta una vera e propria icona di lusso e raffinatezza. Adagiato su una delle coste più affascinanti del Mediterraneo, l'Hotel è rinomato per le sue vedute spettacolari sulle acque cristalline e per la sua offerta gastronomica d'eccezione, che include più outlet di alta cucina. Con i suoi giardini lussureggianti e le camere elegantemente arredate, l'Hotel offre un ambiente dove il servizio attento e l'ospitalità di alto livello garantiscono un'esperienza indimenticabile, immersi in un contesto di grande prestigio.
Questa è una posizione stagionale che inizierà entro fine maggio 2024.
Principali responsabilità:
Rispettare sempre gli standard di salute e sicurezza previsti in cucina;
Preparare e presentare i piatti come da menu;
Supervisionare il lavoro dei Commis/Demi Chef della propria partita.
Requisiti:
Almeno 2 anni nella posizione in brigate medio-grandi;
Capacità di supportare i Commis/Demi Chef de Partie facendoli crescere;
Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
Buone capacità comunicative.
