    Aimo e Nadia, da 60 anni brand di riferimento della cultura gastronomica italiana, è oggi un gruppo guidato dagli chef e imprenditori Alessandro Negrini e Fabio Pisani insieme a Stefania Moroni che include i ristoranti Il Luogo, BistRo, la caffetteria ristorante Voce e un servizio catering. A partire da Il Luogo, eccellenza della cucina gourmet, stellata Michelin associato Relais & Chateaux e Les Grandes Tables Du Monde, si sono sviluppate le altre attività. Un'unica filosofia che ha come punto centrale il valore del prodotto italiano e l'interazione con l'arte. Ognuno dei locali declina in modo diverso questa identità, grazie al lavoro di squadra di oltre 80 addetti.

    Descrizione del lavoro

    All'interno del ristorante stellato, in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Responsabile del Ristorante, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • mise en place della tavola e il servizio
  • partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
  • Avere la massima cura del servizio delle pietanze e delle bevande
  • Conoscere dettagliatamente ed in maniera approfondita i menu
  • prendersi cura dell'ospite e prestare attenzione ai dettagli
  • partecipare ai corsi di formazione interni

    • Qualifiche

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, gradita una terza lingua
  • Almeno due anni di esperienza maturata nel ruolo in strutture con elevati standard di servizio (fine dining e/o ristoranti stellati; Hotel 4* / 5* e/o Relais & Chateaux)
  • Massima serietà, etica professionale
  • Competenze comunicative, orientamento al cliente e lavoro in team completano il profilo
  • Qualifica / diploma (certificazione aggiuntiva - sommelier, corsi di formazione, altre lingue, ecc.). costituiscono titolo preferenziale

    • Informazioni aggiuntive

  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe e/o assunzione a tempo indeterminato
  • Disponibilità full time dal lunedì al sabato, solo servizio serale
  • Alloggio previsto per il periodo iniziale se necessario
