    In qualità di Chef de Partie, preparerai creazioni culinarie sotto la guida dell'Executive Chef, mostrando una profonda conoscenza di varie tecniche di cucina. Le tue responsabilità includono:
    • Gestione esperta di una o più partite della cucina, assicurando piatti di ottima qualità e presentazione.
    • Collaborazione con gli chef e lo staff, per offrire esperienze culinarie eccezionali.
    • Assistenza nello sviluppo e nell'innovazione del menu, mantenendo l'allineamento al concept.
    • Guidare, formare ed inspirare lo staff più junior, favorendo la crescita e incoraggiando la creatività.
    • Stabilire standard di riferimento in materia di salute, sicurezza e igiene (HACCP).
    Offriamo contratto Part Time o Full Time.
    Si lavora dal Lunedì alla Domenica con 2 giorni di riposo settimanali. Si richiede flessibilità orariaRetribuzione e BenefitCompenso: € - € per mese

    Prerequisiti
    • Una personalità unica e una vera passione per l'ospitalità e per l'arte culinaria.
    • 4+ anni di esperienza nell'ospitalità di alto livello.
    • Capacità nel guidare e motivare in modo efficiente lo staff di cucina.
    • Autonomia nella capacità di evadere gli ordini.
    • Abilità nel contribuire allo sviluppo del menu con idee innovative.
    • Capacità di eccellere in contesti frenetici e cucine dinamiche.
    • Esperienza: Almeno 6 mesi
