    L' AFTER-SALES TECHNICIAN MANAGER svolge un ruolo cruciale nell'assicurare il monitoraggio e lo svolgimento dell'attività quotidiana dei tecnici post vendita VELUX, ottimizzando la gestione dell'area geografica assegnata.

    Principali obiettivi:

  • Supervisiona il team dei tecnici, assicurando l'efficacia negli interventi quotidiani presso i clienti e supportandoli al fine di ottimizzare la produttività, anche attraverso regolari affiancamenti sul territorio.
  • Agisce come il principale collegamento tra la sede centrale e i tecnici, per facilitare una comunicazione fluida ed efficiente.
  • Assicura la collaborazione e la comunicazione tra tecnici e altre figure chiave sul territorio di competenza (forza vendita, installatori professionali, architetti)
  • Garantisce il rispetto delle procedure aziendali grazie ad un'attività di monitoraggio costante, anche in relazione alle normative sulla sicurezza.
  • Fornisce feedback puntuali al proprio responsabile, proponendo eventuali modifiche ai processi di lavoro, in ottica di miglioramento continuo.
  • Collabora con i colleghi della forza vendita per realizzare le attività che coinvolgono entrambi i reparti.

  • Capacità di leadership e supervisione di un team
  • Capacità di interpretare i dati e condurre analisi delle prestazioni
  • Capacità di condividere e trasferire competenze.
  • Capacità di problem solving e orientamento ai risultati
  • Competenza nell'uso di strumenti informatici.
  • Ottime capacità di relazione unite alla capacità di gestire conversazioni complesse
  • Predisposizione al servizio e alla gestione delle relazioni, empatia e affidabilità
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata – livello intermedio
  • Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel campo dell'assistenza tecnica post vendita

    • La funzione riporterà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio Assistenza Post-Vendita VELUX.
