- Preparazione dei dati di configurazione dei Network Element in conformità con le linee guida di progettazione e ingegneria dell'azienda;
- Commissioning e Integration dei Network Element fino alla messa in servizio;
- Integrazione dei Network Element ad altre reti OLO, test di interoperabilità e follow up delle eventuali problematiche che possono sorgere durante le attività di test;
- Attività di troubleshooting e risoluzione dei problemi fino al livello 2 e supporto al dipartimento di ingegneria Core Network nella risoluzione dei problemi di livello 3;
- Partecipazione ai turni di reperibilità On Call per supportare eventuali problematiche tecniche di rete fuori orario base segnalate dal Network Monitoring Center e/o Customer Care.
- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica, ingegneria informatica, informatica o similare;
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nell'implementazione e messa in servizio di apparati di telecomunicazione CS Core;
- Buona conoscenza dei call flows 3GPP;
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'architettura di rete mobile end-to-end;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di roaming internazionale, tariffazione e comprensione del documento ;
- Conoscenza dello stack TCP/IP, dei protocolli di routing/switching, DNS, Diameter, MAP, SCCP, ISUP, SIP, H248 e delle interfacce 3GPP, ecc;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi UNIX e LINUX;
- Buone capacità di troubleshooting, risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di utilizzare in autonoma network/data analysers;
- Flessibilità, elevata autonomia, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e puntualità nelle scadenze;
- Buone capacità organizzative, interpersonali, comunicative e di lavoro di squadra;
- Ottima conoscenza scritta/parlata della lingua inglese
- Preferibili conoscenze ed esperienze di ambienti di virtualizzazione (Cloud band, VM Ware e Open Stack);
- Conoscenza della lingua francese
