- Preparare i dati di configurazione dei Network Element in conformità con le linee guida di progettazione e ingegneria dell'azienda
- Gestire il commissioning e l'integration dei Network Element fino alla messa in servizio
- Integrare i Network Element ad altre reti OLO svolgendo test di interoperabilità e follow up delle eventuali problematiche che possono sorgere durante le attività di test
- Svolgere attività di troubleshooting e risoluzione dei problemi fino al livello 2 e supportare il dipartimento di ingegneria Core Network nella risoluzione dei problemi di livello 3
- Partecipare ai turni di reperibilità On Call per supportare eventuali problematiche tecniche di rete fuori orario d'ufficio segnalate dal Network Monitoring Center e/o di Customer Care
- Conoscenza di base dell'architettura di rete mobile 3G end-to-end
- Familiarità con gli scenari di rete mobile più comuni come handover, roam-in/roam-out
- Conoscenza di base dei più comuni strumenti di acquisizione e analisi delle interfacce di rete, come tcpdump, Wireshark, ecc.
- Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi IP, UNIX e LINUX
- Conoscenze ed esperienze di base con la virtualizzazione (Cloud band, VM Ware e Open Stack) costituiscono un ulteriore vantaggio per la posizione
- Buone capacità organizzative, interpersonali, di comunicazione e di lavoro in team
- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica o delle telecomunicazioni, ingegneria informatica, scienze informatiche o un campo correlato
- Esperienza in progetti di gruppo relativi all'implementazione/gestione di intranet/LAN
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese scritto/parlato, il francese è un plus.
- Conoscenza di base delle tecnologie e dei protocolli di rete, come lo stack OSI, il paradigma TCP/IP, i protocolli di routing/switching, la sicurezza della rete e la gestione della rete. La familiarità con i protocolli più comuni delle interfacce 3GPP (DNS, DIAMETER, SIP, MAP, SCCP, GTP, ecc.), nonché con le specifiche GSMA e 3GPP
