    Posizione

    • 1 ASSISTANT PER LA DIVISIONE SYNERGIE SCHOOL, PART TIME 30 ORE
    • La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Divisione con lo scopo di fornire supporto al monitoraggio, alla gestione e allo sviluppo dei servizi Synergie School (Transizione Scuola Lavoro) lato interno: rete e struttura Synergie; lato esterno: scuole e aziende. Rispondendo alla Responsabile, si occuperà nel dettaglio delle seguenti attività:

    · Attività di back office relative all attivazione dei servizi Synergie School sui territori (gestione amministrativa, convocazioni, predisposizione riunioni, raccolta materiale e redazione verbale etc.)

    · Supporto e gestione operativa delle richieste della rete relative ai servizi e ai materiali Synergie School

    · Monitoraggio e aggiornamento dello stato di avanzamento delle azioni School sui territori attraverso strumenti predisposti (file di monitoraggio, report periodici)

    · Predisposizione delle bozze di materiale (slide, brochure, format)

    · Gestione e archivio cartelle e materiali condivisi: format modelli best practices

    · Gestione dei rapporti (intermediati dai referenti di sede e territoriali) con i referenti scolastici e aziendali dei territori interessati dai servizi Synergie School.

    · Erogazione sessioni di orientamento su tematiche relative ai servizi school

    · Supporto all organizzazione di eventi di promozione dei servizi School lato candidati e lato aziende.

    · Supporto alla creazione di flussi amministrativi e procedurali per agevolare la messa a terra di progetti e servizi fuori standard lato scuola e lato azienda

    Gestione rapporto con i diversi uffici di sede competenti per la realizzazione delle attività focus della divisione

    Requisiti

    Stiamo cercando una persona in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

    . Diploma quinquennale o Titolo di studio in corsi di studi umanistici, giuridici e/o economici con focus HR

    . Buon uso degli strumenti digitali (Office, Excel in particolare, PPT, Canva, piattaforme social)

    . Gradita esperienza pregressa nei servizi al lavoro (anche stage)

    · Conoscenza dei servizi di orientamento al lavoro, bilancio di competenze e tematiche soft skills

    · Conoscenza di base delle dinamiche del Mercato del Lavoro (Domanda Offerta, mediazione)

    · Capacità di comunicazione efficacie, gestione del tempo e pianificazione delle attività

    · Proattività e problem solving

    . Capacità di ascolto, intelligenza emotiva e attenzione alla persona

    Contratto a tempo determinato

    Inquadramento da discutere in fase di selezione e commisurato al grado di competenza e preparazione

    Orario PART TIME dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 9 alle ore 13 e dalle ore 14 alle ore 16
