- Ha la responsabilità operativa per la chiusura di fine mese e di fine anno del Mgt. P&L, nonché del P&L statutario, del bilancio e del flusso di cassa
- È responsabile del monitoraggio della conformità fiscale e del transferpricing con i regolamenti e normative in conformità con le linee guida della matrice interaziendale
- Ha la responsabilità operativa di tutti gli aspetti fiscali (compresi i transferpricing e il monitoraggio della compliance e di tutti gli aspetti legali finanziari/amministrativi (ad es. conformità locale, regolamenti delle autorità locali).
- Ha il ruolo di ambasciatore per la Compliance per Miele Italia
- Assicura la conformità contabile interna ed esterna e la separazione finanziaria/fiduciaria dei compiti.
- Ottimizza i processi locali (ad es. transferpricing e rendicontazione legale locale).
- Coordina il team accounting di Miele Italia
- Conoscenza SAP FI
- Conoscenza principi contabili OIC
- Esperienza in logiche di consolidamento
- Capacità di gestione dei riporti
- Buona mentalità commerciale e di gestione del business
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo multinazionale, multisede e multilingue
- Eccellente comunicazione scritta e orale in inglese

L'accounting manager assicura la governance finanziaria, la compliance legale e l'attenta applicazione dei principi contabili di Miele Italia. Ha la responsabilità di coordinare e rispondere all'applicazione dei GAAP locali, della chiusura dell'esercizio dell'anno, e delle normative fiscali locali.
Si occupa dell'automazione dei processi finanziari, gestisce la cassa e la liquidità ed ha la responsabilità di tutto ciò che riguarda l'intero volume d'affari di Miele Italia.
