    At The St. Regis Rome, we are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (Seasonal Temporary).

    The impact you'll make

    You set high culinary standards, ensuring each dish meets excellence to keep guests returning for more. Working alongside a team of experts, you'll engage in diverse daily tasks with seasonal menus and unique presentations, bringing satisfaction when guests praise the dishes you helped create.

    What you'll be doing

    • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking following recipes/menu
    • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items efficiently
    • Ensure proper food preparation and temperature through testing
    • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
    • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage areas

    What we're looking for

    • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
    • Prior kitchen experience is advantageous

    This role involves moving and lifting up to 25 lbs, as well as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. A professional appearance in a clean uniform is mandatory. Completion of safety training and certification is required before employment.
