- Supports executive communications for IDG President, including message, script, and presentation development across EMEA-based events such as Customer Advisory Forums, Executive Forums, and local trade shows, i.e., IFA and MWC.
- Provides on-the-ground support to the IDG President during video shoots, webcasts and in-person events taking place in EMEA, while collaborating closely with the IDG WW Internal Communications Team on related internal comms activities for IDG.
- Serves as the lead in developing operational presentation materials for IDG President.
- Creates/designs strong presentation materials across PowerPoint, videos, etc. for IDG global and EMEA communications projects.
- Implements plans to foster employee engagement for IDG senior leadership team internally.
- Helps EMEA Marketing team with geo-specific internal messaging, including drafting internal memos.
- Provides oversight of content for EMEA-based events to ensure synergy, relevance, and consistent narrative for keynote speakers
- Excellent writing and editing skills – fluent in English
- 5-8 years of experience writing for various channels, including video scripts, presentations, and keynotes
- Visual storyteller; strong design and video editing experience a plus
- Highly proficient in the suite of Microsoft products
