    Permanent Technical Support Lead role available, offering 401(k) w/ match, profit sharing, PTO, Tuition Assistance, FSA and more This role involves overseeing help desk operations, guiding team members, and ensuring efficient IT services

    Responsibilities:
    Supervise help desk operations and guide team members.
    Monitor KPI reports and ticket status.
    Ensure prompt resolution of Service Level Agreements and aging tickets.
    Collaborate with various teams to address ticket issues.
    Support strategic groupings and handle phone lines as needed.
    Assist with tech tasks like imaging, Active Directory creation, and password resets.


    Requirements:
    Experience with MS operating systems, Windows 10, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
    Strong customer service and communication skills.
    Prior experience in a supervisory, lead or mentorship role.
    Enterprise-level experience preferred.
