    Contract Management AssistantBayWa r.e. Italia S.r.l, è la holding italiana della multinazionale tedesca BayWa r.e. , costituita da aziende che operano nello sviluppo e realizzazione di impianti eolici e fotovoltaici, nella fornitura di servizi di manutenzione per impianti, nella distribuzione di componenti fotovoltaici e nel trading dell'energia sostenibile.
    Con più di 15 anni di esperienza, è oggi leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e per una delle società del gruppo, Baywa Operation Services, siamo alla ricerca di un Contract Manager Assistant.

    All'interno del team di Contract Managementdarà supportoalla gestione commerciale, tecnica e operativa di un portafoglio di siti fotovoltaiciin esercizio in Italia, collaborando con l'organizzazione O&M più ampia e interfunzionale dell'azienda.
    In affiancamento con i Contract Managers seguirà la gestione dei contratti di Operational and Maintenance affidati alla Società, supervisionando le attività e i servizi al fine di garantire il rispetto delle prescrizioni dei contratti.Responsabilità del ruoloIl/la tirocinante, in affiancamento al tutor, si occuperà di:Analisi di performance impiantiReportistica clientiGestione documentazione contrattualePredisposizione piani di manutenzione sul gestionale aziendaleSupporto nella gestione del budget di commessa attraverso strumenti digitali (TeamSystem)Supporto nella predisposizione dei report di gestione internaRequisitiDurante il periodo di formazione, in modalità traing on the job, il/la tirocinante acquisirà competenze riguardo la gestione di progetti, ed approfondirà le conoscenze realitve agli ambiti tecnologici di fotovoltaico ed eolico, adempimenti tecnici ed amministrativi, gestione manageriale dei contratti in essere.

    Oltre alle competenze professionali, che Il/la tirocinante dovrà acquisire tramite lo svolgimento delle attività formative, il tiorcinio permetterà di acquisire una formazione comportamentale: imparare a vivere l'azienda, a capire l'ambiente e il lavoro adattandosi alle sue regole di comportamento, a relazionarsi nel modo appropriato con superiodi, colleghi, etc.
    Requisiti

    Competenze tecniche e caratteristiche personali
    E' richiesta una conoscenza di base delle tecnologie fotovoltaiche ed eoliche.
    l/la tirocinante deve inoltre dimostrare caratteristiche quali: affidabilità, capacità di lavorare in autonomia ed in team, motivazione e curiosità e problem solving.

    Competenze Informatiche
    Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, preferibile conoscenza dei software di simulazione (es: pv syst, WAsP).

    Competenze Linguistiche
