- Review of warranty claims.
- Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
- Creation and review of monthly reports.
- Creation and management of team performance and process reports.
- Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.Mandatory knowledge of English language (at least B2).
- Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
- Knowledge of technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
