Role Purpose

  • Develop a policy agenda to create an optimal policy environment for relevant topic/product area to position Sandoz as a trusted partner and build strong stakeholder relationships;
  • Create and put in place a government affairs strategy to position Sandoz successfully mid/longterm;
Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify key policy priorities in alignment with business leaders;
  • Develop resp. contribute to the creation and implement relevant public policy positions, tools and
Data;

  • In coordination with regions, build a strong strategy and lead execution of advocacy on high priority topics, including representation in key associations;
  • Develop and negotiate, together with GM, approval and reimbursement process of new products and/or indications, in line with global policy;
  • Design / execute product advocacy;
  • Development and execution of the launch/lifecycle Global Value & Access Strategy to achieve, maintain, and expand market access, price, and reimbursement;
  • Define an external communication strategy for the Sandoz' positioning;
  • Design the internal communication and employer branding strategy, in collaboration with P&O department;
  • Provide operational support to all legislative processes and ensure compliance to public policies and objectives;
  • Maintain and monitor support by lobbyists at all state levels.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Political Sciences, Economics, International Relations and Diplomacy
  • Minimum 6 years of experience (public policy, politics, government affairs, strategic communication).
  • Solid experience in pharmaceutical sector or lobbing company
  • Deep understanding of the Italian political context.
Education & Qualifications

  • Italian and English fluent
