- Definire e garantire le strategie di approvvigionamento (costo dei materiali, tempistiche, corretta gestione del Demand Planning e gestione del rischio);
- Garantire il mantenimento delle certificazioni aziendali (ISO9001, ISO 27001, IEC62443), delle certificazioni di prodotto (CE, EMC) e Endurance test;
- Garantire il rispetto dei tempi di consegna e della conformità dell'ordine di produzione alle specifiche richieste dal cliente (gestione a commessa);
- Garantire il miglioramento continuo dei processi per ottimizzarne i costi e aumentare l'efficienza dell'organizzazione.
