- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates application of TD SYNNEX resources to clearly assist customer in meeting their strategic objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement scalable and effective Oracle solutions.
- Ensure that Oracle solutions align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
- Manage the Oracle business budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering projects within financial constraints.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.

JOB PURPOSE:
