    Overview

    As part of a developmental program, we are offering a full-time paid 6 + 6 months' internship opportunity for individuals who are eager to enhance their skills and excel in their career. During this internship, participants will gain valuable insights and guidance from seasoned professionals in the field, as well as the chance to build connections with key industry stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Welcoming office visitors courteously, assessing their requirements, and guiding them to the appropriate contact person.
    • Maintaining a tidy and well-organized reception area.
    • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Managing the procurement of various supplies and ensuring their proper storage and distribution.
    • Overseeing office equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
    • Handling incoming shipments, outgoing mail, and shipping logistics.
    • Interfacing with building management and overseeing facility operations.
    • Ensuring employee health and safety, including emergency protocols and procedures.
    • Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with travel documentation.
    • Supporting onboarding processes for new hires and collaborating with relevant departments.
    • Assisting with Workday operations.

    Requirements

    • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of German would be a bonus.
    • Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Familiarity with Workday software is advantageous.
    • Experience in invoicing processes is desirable.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated and adept at multitasking.
