- Provide comprehensive training for our Field sales teams: Competitive landscape, Sales tactics, ICP and personas, and Product Portfolio
- Participate in call assessments with Team Leads/Managers to enhance sales efficiency
- Conduct merchant audits to pinpoint areas for market intelligence improvement
- Lead the SumUp Field Sales Consultant training program for both new and existing consultants
- Educate top-performing Field Sales Consultants on SumUp's diverse product portfolio
- Establish continuous coaching support for current representatives and consultants
- Have 3+ years of Field Sales or Inside Sales experience and 2+ years in Sales Enablement, as a trainer or coach
- Possess SaaS sales background
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret sales data for informed decision-making
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to foster relationships with sales and cross-functional teams
- Adapt well to uncertainty and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and Italian languages
