- Partecipare alla formulazione dei piani di Marketing con il supporto del team e del responsabile diretto
- Monitorare costantemente i mercati di riferimento sia in termini di risultati aziendali che di performance della concorrenza (quote di mercato, cambiamenti consumer, trend tecnologici, cambiamenti di abitudini/stili, nuovi player ecc...)
- Collaborare con la Comunicazione fornendo brief completi rispetto agli obiettivi di posizionamento e valutare in modo costruttivo gli output proposti
- Partecipare alle ricerche di mercato atte a identificare opportunità di mercato e a monitorare la situazione di competitività dei prodotti aziendali nei mercati nazionali ed internazionali
- Contribuire, sia in termini di attitudine creativa che di propositività personale, all'identificazione di aree di innovazione
- Contribuire alla ricerca ed identificazione di strumenti e metodologie
- Collaborare con il team tecnico per la prefattibilità, i test e la prototipazione preliminare di nuovi progetti
- Definire con il supporto del team tecnico le specifiche per le personalizzazioni di prodotto in base al mercato di destinazione
- Laurea settore tessile (idealmente) o Marketing
- Pregressa esperienza in aziende del settore tessile o similari (di produzione o commercializzazione) di almeno 3-4 anni
- Conoscenze delle caratteristiche tecno-organolettiche dei tessuti
- Conoscenza degli applicativi MS Office
- Capacità di lavorare in team inter funzionali
- Mentalità aperta, curiosa e propositiva
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
