- Report on department performance, challenges, and progress directly to senior management.
- Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in various automation and control systems, software development, and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of technical professionals.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency level of the English language both written and oral.

About The Role
For one of our companies inside the group, we are looking for a Head of Automation Engineering to lead our engineering department. This role involves strategic oversight of all automation projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring that our automation solutions are both innovative and effective. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in automation and a passion for technology-driven efficiency.
