    POSITION OVERVIEWResponsible for overall daily administration of the procurement - purchase departmentand its functionsincluding accurate and timely reporting of the financials along with thedaily performance reports in close co-operation with various departmentsRESPONSIBILITIESResponsable for smooth acquisition of goods and services needed for operations by:Analyzing market trends and managing a strong negotiation to ensure best prices, terms for requisition and deliveryCoordinating with internal departments to assess procurement needsGuaranteeing profitability and cost-effectively operatingManages purchase orders and maintains relationship with suppliersImplement and oversee inventory control procedures to optimize stock leverlsResolves issues related to shipment errors, quality discrepancies and invoice mismatchesOversight of accounting staff referred to training and development concerning the procurment process, software and best practicesAssistance with monitoring, assessing and maintaining internal controls and corporate policies and procedures to meet deadlines and to achieve operational goalsSupports management to assist in controlling costs within the budget and forecastPerform monthly reportPrepare and assist with Monthly ForecastingAssist with completion of annual budgeting processAssist with internal and external auditsQUALIFICATIONSMust havestrongorganizational skills and very good knowledge of Italian and English language to be able to compete the high level of interaction with vendors, internal stakeholders, team members; excellent verbal and written skillsEducation and/or experience in business administration and development, supply chain managment or related fieldKnowledge of or experience with Microsoft Office, procurement softwareMust handle sensitive information in a confidential manner#J-18808-Ljbffr
