    Our company is expanding its Sales and Marketing department. Our ideal candidate has experience managing relationship with international Tier-1 customers in the IT industry. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

    If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of create and maintain valuable relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities And Objectives Of The RoleImplement the company's strategy for attracting and engaging new customers in the target marketsCreate and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the companyDefine and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customersMaximize the profitability of the customersCreate and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activitiesCollaborate with Product Owners to oversee the planning of customers' activitiesPromote the value stream generated for customersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, IT or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in implementing acquisition, retention and development strategies with customersExperience in selling software and IT servicesExperience in international environmentsProficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilitiesItalian and

    English Language:
