- Actively contributing to a wide range of client projects with a focus on Inspection services
- Organize and lead small teams (both internal and external) as part of a larger project, including performance management;
- Contributing to business development, for example assistant with client proposals.
- To perform complex assessments and provide advice for service delivery within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements.
- To identify and develop external partnership instrumental for the services growth.
- Undertake routine administration as required in line with current processes and procedures.
- To assess/ recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an external client within an agreed fee/cost structure and within the commercial aspects of the contract, and issue quotations up to an agreed limit and LRQA's standard terms and conditions.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
- To develop technically other employees, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
- To contribute to internal/external client management as appropriate by acting as point of contact to effectively manage client and LRQA relationships.
- To undertake project management where applicable including monitoring project progress and spend against budget and contract requirements
- Shall possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university
- Commercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a good understanding of technical assistance market.
- Shall possess sufficient relevant previous working experience to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant specialist requirements, knowledge and application. Likely to have - years relevant working experience in the specific sector.
- Technical or specialist experience in Inspection (PED, ASME, Welding,...)
