    What You'll Do:

    What we're looking for: As Agency Sales Manager, reporting to Agency and Performance Director, you will be in charge of securing agency business for Criteo products.

    Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, navigating the client/agency stakeholder hierarchy, and through to closing the business.

    We are looking for someone who is experienced in building up deep relationships with agency display, AV and biddable teams by being responsive, creative, consultative and having the right network in place.

    What will you do?You will sell the Criteo marketing solutions proposition to leading agencies across Italy. Continuously prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns. Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales. Create long- term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business. Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new clients. Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
    Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, ...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agencies.


    Who You Are:
    A vast network within the Italian online industry. Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations. Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation. Fluent Italian and English language skills
