- Provide trainings, communications, and change management within the organization on processes and tools.
- End user support for end users of Salesforce applications (ServiceMax, Sales Cloud, Tableau).
- Manage and further develop the CRM system (Salesforce, ServiceMax).
- Create and update training materials (training guides and videos).
- Create and update dashboards and reports to support management of business strategies and analytics.
- Partner with all Business Intelligence, Sales Effectiveness and Master Data Management teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- A person with a positive attitude that brings enthusiasm, energy and passion for excellence.
- For the work in an international team you definitely have business fluent English skills, Ideally a 2nd European language as Spanish, French, Italian or German.
- Master's degree in Economics/Statistics/Life Sciences or related fields.
- Ideally, you already have strong Microsoft-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
