Analysis of the real estate market and monitoring of the main economic macro-trends (construction costs, inflation, etc.) with preparation of related periodic reports. REQUIREMENTS Extensive expertise in urban planning analyses and feasibility studies to identify the possibilities of transforming assets in the estimation of CapEx as part of valorisation activities or for the completion of development operations. Excellent technical knowledge of reference regulations and technical-administrative building and cadastral procedures. Extensive expertise in the field of technical real estate due diligence. Good knowledge of the national real estate market, real estate investment types (Core, Value add, etc.) and different asset classes. Sufficient knowledge of the main real estate valuation methods.
