Job description
Il lavoratore si occuperà di fornire informazioni finanziarie alla direzione attraverso la ricerca e l'analisi dei dati contabili e la preparazione di rapporti per l'OU. Lavorerà con le seguenti responsabilità chiave: 1. Registro generale: Registrazione delle transazioni e assistenza nella riconciliazione dei saldi dei clienti e nei processi di chiusura mensile e annuale e contributo alle attività di reporting e analisi finanziaria sotto la guida di membri anziani del team. 2. Supporto amministrativo: Conservazione di documentazione organizzata relativa alle transazioni contabili e supporto con la compilazione della documentazione. Si richiede una laurea triennale in Economia o Amministrazione aziendale. Si preferiscono candidati con stage o corsi correlati in contabilità o finanza. È essenziale una conoscenza di principi e pratiche contabili. È richiesta precisione per registrare con accuratezza i dati, riconciliare i conti e gestire le informazioni sui clienti. È richiesto l'uso di software di foglio di calcolo (ad es. Microsoft Excel) e le competenze necessarie includono Intimità con il cliente, Guadagnare fiducia, Promuovere lo sviluppo sostenibile, Gestire emozioni, Pioniere del cambiamento, Costruire reti, Prendere decisioni efficaci, Affrontare la situazione attuale, Pianificare avanti.
