Il gruppo di cui farai parte opera nei settori GDO, vending e Ho.Re.Ca. Fondata nel 1973, l'azienda attualmente conta cinque sedi produttive in Europa e Regno Unito, con circa settecento dipendenti e un fatturato di 220 milioni di euro annui.
Il ruolo
A diretto riporto dell'attuale responsabile di manutenzione, nonché RSPP aziendale. Ti occuperai in un primo periodo di risolvere i malfunzionamenti delle attrezzature, le installazioni, le riparazioni, le manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie e le ispezioni, in questo modo potrai conoscere gli impianti produttivi e calarti nell'organizzazione aziendale. In divenire, i compiti diverranno maggiormente gestionali ed organizzativi e riguarderanno la pianificazione e la suddivisione dei compiti tra le varie risorse del team.
Formazione e Attività
È prevista una formazione completa in affiancamento su vari ambiti al servizio della produzione: gestione ricambi, manutenzione, sicurezza, energia, controllo dei costi.
