- Sviluppare piani di marketing e identificare le opportunità di sviluppo per gli eventi;
- Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare tendenze e aspetti chiave del settore;
- Supervisionare le attività di marketing, tra cui pubblicità, campagne promozionali, presenza sui social media e strategie di branding, anche coordinando partner esterni e agenzie di comunicazione;
- Collaborare con il team di vendita e di organizzazione dell'evento per creare materiali di marketing efficaci e supportare le attività di vendita;
- Monitorare i risultati delle iniziative di marketing e fornire report periodici al manager;
- Aggiornamento di asset aziendali (presentazioni, sito web, direct email, etc..);
- Gestione di dati e di database complessi (crm, excel e gestione database);
- Aggiornamento di database, tramite verifiche puntali e/o contatto diretto.
- laurea magistrale ed eventuali master specifici;
- inglese fluente;
- esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3/4 anni nel settore;
- esperienza nel campo del marketing operativo, preferibilmente in un ruolo di (promozione di eventi, e/o servizi o prodotti);
- familiarità con i principali canali di comunicazione ATL, BTL TTL;
- ottima conoscenza di excel e strumenti di analisi;
- eccellenti capacità organizzative e relazionali, sia orali che scritte;
- conoscenza comprovata di software di invio newsletter, gestionali;
- apprezzata conoscenza base di software creativi;
- predisposizione ad un approccio commerciale;
- rispetto delle scadenze;
- è richiesta disponibilità a orari flessibili e al lavoro nei week-end in concomitanza agli eventi;
- Smart Working 1 giorno a settimana;
- orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi;
- è richiesta la capacità di lavorare in team, anche in situazioni complesse e con deadline ravvicinate;
- gestione dello stress.
