    Job Description Summary

    The MR Life cycle IB initiatives commercial operations leader is part of the Imaging Life cycle organisation. The primary goal is be to lead Regional Franchise strategy & execution to secure IB initiatives and partner with the Regional senior leadership to ensure best region alignment on IB effort.

    Le/la responsable des opérations commerciales des initiatives du cycle de vie (Life cycle) MR fait partie de l'organisation du cycle de vie EMEA. L'objectif principal est de diriger la stratégie et l'exécution dans les régions et sécuriser le retour sur investissements des initiatives sur la base de clients (IB) et de collaborer avec tous les réseaux de distribution commerciales pour garantir la meilleure alignement des ressources.

    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies for life cycle initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and product management to ensure seamless execution of life cycle initiatives.
    • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of life cycle initiatives projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
    • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough Business analysis to identify opportunities and threats to achieve the Initiatives Key Performance indicators, providing actionable insights for the sales channels and product management team.
    • Customer Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, incorporating feedback into the development and execution of life cycle initiatives.
    • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of life cycle initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance against targets.
    • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of life cycle initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on performance to leadership.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of life cycle initiatives and addressing any concerns or questions.

    Required Qualifications

    • This role requires significant experience in the Product Management & Product Manager. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
    • Significant experience in Commercial Operations.
    • Fluent English.

    Roles et Responsabilités

    • Développement de la Stratégie Commerciale : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales pour les initiatives du cycle de vie, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.
    • Collaboration avec les équipes transverses : Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, ventes, finances et produits pour garantir l'exécution sans faille des initiatives du cycle de vie.
    • Gestion de Projet : Diriger la planification et l'exécution des projets d'initiatives du cycle de vie, en veillant au respect des délais et des jalons. Identifier et atténuer les risques pour la réussite du projet.
    • Analyse Commerciale : Effectuer une analyse commerciale approfondie pour identifier les opportunités et les menaces permettant d'atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés des initiatives, en fournissant des informations exploitables pour les canaux de vente et l'équipe de gestion de produits (Product management)
    • Engagement Client : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour comprendre les besoins et préférences des clients, intégrant les retours d'expérience dans le développement et l'exécution des initiatives du cycle de vie.
    • Finance : Superviser les aspects financiers des initiatives du cycle de vie, y compris l'établissement de budgets, les prévisions et le suivi de la performance financière par rapport aux objectifs.
    • Métriques de Performance : Établir et surveiller les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les métriques pour mesurer le succès des initiatives du cycle de vie. Analyser régulièrement et rendre compte de la performance à la direction.
    • Communication : Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en fournissant des mises à jour sur l'avancement des initiatives du cycle de vie et en répondant à toutes les préoccupations ou questions.

    Qualifications Requises

    • Ce rôle exige une expérience significative en gestion de produits. Le niveau de connaissance est comparable à un diplôme de master d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente).
    • Expérience significative en opérations commerciales.
    • Anglais courant.
