    Role DetailsA F&B Runner/Barback is a professional who is responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant and help setting up bars and F&B outlets.

    They help Waiters and Bartenders maintain a clean environment for bars and restaurants throughout the dining experience of the House.

    Responsibilities & Duties Multitasking skills to ensure members and guests get their orders quicklyAble to prepare and setup bars and stationsOrganisational skills to easily locate bar desks and tables to fulfil ordersExcellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customers' requests are metAbility to remain on their feet for several hoursInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailAbility to remain calm under stressful situationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Working with Others

    • Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments;
    • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals;
    • Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect;
    • Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or members/guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

    • Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

    • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
    • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
    Requirements

    • F&B passion and guest orientation;
    • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented;
    • Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills;
    • You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language, if required.
