- Raccoglierai i requisiti attraverso assessment e interviste di approfondimento con i riferimenti del Cliente coinvolti nel processo;
- Disegnerai e implementerai la soluzione applicativa con utilizzo delle Best Practices;
- Individuerai le opportunità di ottimizzazione dei processi HR, in particolare per la gestione del talento e Core HR;
- Supporterai il team account per sviluppare e guidare le opportunità di business su SAP SFSF;
- Svilupperai nuovi servizi e metodologie per guidare la Digital Business Transformation.
- Conoscenza approfondita della soluzione SAP SuccessFactors ;
- Buona conoscenza di SAP Concur
- Hai esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo o similare;
- Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Hai spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative e attitudine al team working;
- Sei flessibile, autonomo e preciso nell'esecuzione dei task progettuali assegnati, e fortemente orientato al Client Management;
- Sei disponibile a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
