- Oversee and manage the design and construction of complex structures
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and drawings
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the project execution phase
- Perform site inspections and structural assessments to identify any issues or potential risks
- Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Expertise in structural design software and analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
