- La gestione dei rapporti con gli stakeholders coinvolti nei progetti su scala internazionale;
- La gestione dei progetti e del team di lavoro indirizzandoli verso gli obiettivi della Divisione;
- Assicurare la corretta gestione del conto economico della commessa. Principali attività
- Assicurare un efficiente flusso di gestione interna ed esterna del progetto;
- Gestire i rapporti con il cliente, con le filiali o con i liberi professionisti incaricati del progetto, per quanto riguarda le tematiche su contratti, ordini, prodotti e lo sviluppo del progetto;
- Assicurare la regolarità, la qualità e la tempistica, seguendo in logica di team tutte le attività necessarie per realizzare l'evasione delle commesse, la consegna delle merci e la successiva installazione;
- Prevenire le disfunzioni organizzative durante l'andamento del progetto, attraverso una buona gestione e monitoraggio di tutte le componenti del progetto;
- Gestire i rapporti con gli enti coinvolti (produzione, logistica, acquisti, qualità) e con i fornitori esterni in accordo con le policy aziendali e le indicazioni del Management;
- Coordinare la gestione dei contratti. Formazione ed esperienze lavorative
- Il profilo ricercato è in possesso di Laurea; titolo di laurea in Architettura/Interior Design sarà considerato requisito preferenziale;
- È richiesta un'esperienza minima in posizioni di project management almeno ed esperienza nella gestione operativa e di team che lavorano per obiettivi;
- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di negoziazioni con clienti/fornitori;
- Aver maturato esperienza in contesti aziendali mediamente - strutturati, preferibilmente in ambito Retail, sarà considerato un plus. Competenze ed abilità
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese è un requisito imprescindibile, la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerato un plus;
- Ottime doti organizzative;
- Proattività e problem solving;
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Capacità di gestione del tempo e della priorità;
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
