- responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-relatedactivities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assignedproject/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements interms of time, costs and quality, following Project ProcurementManager/Director instructions;
- responsible for planning and monitoring post orderactivities on the project, in close coordination with the Project ProcurementManager;
- POC is involved also in the Pre-Order activitiesproviding his knowledge of the Contractual requirements and participating inthe final negotiation with SUPPLIERs for discussion / clarifications on the ITPstandard and Vendor Document List;
- main interface with the Inspection & ExpeditingDepartment for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Departmentfor the material shipment at Site;
- submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expeditingand inspection reports issued for the supplies.
- degree in engineering disciplines;
- work experience: at least 5 yearsgained in engineering companies in a similar role;
- fluency in English;
- availability to travel for short and long period.
