    PosizioneLa risorsa, inserita nel ruolo di Impiegato/a Business Development Center (BDC), a diretto riporto del Responsabile Marketing/Business Development Center avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

    Ricezione e qualificazione di Lead in entrata sui diversi canali di contatto della concessionaria;Gestione completa dei Lead dopo la qualificazione: gestione agenda, presa appuntamento con la forza vendita, promemoria, verifica esito appuntamento ed eventuale pianificazione nuova attività di ricontatto;Attività di primo contatto con la clientela in cerca di informazioni;Aggiornamento e manutenzione della base dati allo scopo di pianificare attività strutturate di ricontatto, proposte commerciali mirate e comunicazione promozioni in corso;La persona selezionata sarà affiancata da un tutor qualificato in tutte le sue attività.
    La risorsa ideale è una persona proattiva e disponibile in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

    Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente ad indirizzo Marketing/Comunicazione;Buona conoscenza del Sistema Operativo Windows;Molto gradita conoscenza del CRM Salesforce;Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello minimo B1.Completano il profilo:

    Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;Orientamento al cliente;Interesse per l'apprendimento;Autonomia e capacità di problem solving nel pieno rispetto delle istruzioni e delle direttive;Flessibilità e disponibilità.Altre informazioniLuogo di lavoro: Parma (PR)
    Orario di lavoro: full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì, spezzato con pausa centrale
    Offresi iniziale stage (da valutare se 3 mesi + 3 mesi o 6 mesi), con ottima possibilità di successiva prosecuzione del rapporto lavorativo.
