Finance Methods and Tools
Finance Methods and Tools (M&T) è un dipartimento dell'Ente Amministrazione e Finanza (Finance) che si occupa principalmente di progetti transnazionali (Italia -Francia) e transfunzionali (di altri Enti Aziendali) per le competenze strettamente amministrative. La persona del team svolge una attività che permette di implementare soluzioni, in termini di processo e tools, per migliorare i vari processi Finance promuovendo metodologie per la digitalizzazione. Supporta e collabora attivamente con tutti i dipartimenti amministrativi quali: Controllo di Gestione, Contabilità Industriale e Budgeting, Contabilità Generale, Contabilità Clienti , Contabilità Fornitori, Reporting, Fiscale e Tesoreria.
La risorsa inserita si occuperà di supporto al Responsabile M&T nella gestione dei Progetti quali:
· Organizzare Riunioni e redigere Minute di Meeting
· Preparare la documentazione di Presentazione e follow-up
· Supportare le fasi di TEST
La risorsa ideale è in possesso di laurea in Economia e Commercio o equivalente. E' gradita precedente esperienza lavorativa, anche breve, in società di Revisione, ente Amministrazione e Finanza come Controller o Accounting o come Consulente SAP moduli FI/CO/SD.
Completano il profilo (requisiti preferenziali) conoscenze informatiche specifiche per :
· SAP moduli FI/CO/SD
· Pacchetti Microsoft: word, excel (compreso macro), Power point, Power BI
Conoscenze linguistiche :
· Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
· Francese (opzionale) base parlato e scritto

Possono essere richiesti viaggi brevi in Italia.
Offriamo iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato in somministrazione con successiva possibilità di proroga e/o inserimento diretto da parte del cliente.
Inquadramento e stipendio verranno valutate in fase di colloquio e saranno commisurate sulla base della reale competenza/esperienza del candidato.
