- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

- 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in improving low to medium volume assembly processes and implementing quality enhancements.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D tools.
- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in automation design and assembly lines.
- Previous experience integrating ERP/MES systems in small to medium-sized organizations.
- Eliminate waste from the value chain to improve safety, quality, delivery times, and costs.
- Ensure that DFM concepts are integrated into custom-engineered product designs.
- Design and implement error-proofing tools and equipment to reduce waste in the production process and enhance safety.
- Provide support for tool repairs and collaborate with suppliers to address quality and manufacturability issues related to parts, equipment, and fixtures.
- Develop requirements for incoming and in-process material storage, inventory management, and handling.
- Prepare technical specifications for assembly lines and testing equipment.
- Create visual and written documentation for new processes and technologies, evaluating process capacity and reorganization.
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
- Train personnel on new and existing processes.
- Supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation and Integration:
- Suggest enhancements to systems and processes using new technologies or materials.
