Siamo alla ricerca di un SENIOR BID MANAGER per inserimento con contratto diretto presso cliente con sede Pistoia.
Il contesto:
Il nostro cliente è una società leader operante nel settore Rail.
Mansioni e responsabilità:
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:
· Pianificare e coordinare tutte le attività relative al team di gestione delle offerte. Assegnare e gestire tutte le risorse relative al Bid Management team;
· Assicurare la corretta coordinazione con tutti i membri al fine di preparare un'offerta competitiva in linea con i requisiti del cliente;
· Garantire che il mandato sia ottenuto dalla giusta Delega di Autorità dell'azienda in base all'opportunità e in linea con la Strategia di Vendita;
· Assicurarsi che i Deliverables dell'offerta vengano presentati in tempo e qualità secondo le specifiche dell'asta;
· Passare gli ordini vinti alla Gestione del Progetto, seguendo la procedura appropriata;
· Gestire le relazioni con clienti, partner, subappaltatori, fornitori, istituti finanziari, altre agenzie e istituzioni;
· Sviluppare rapporti Lesson Learned in caso di offerte perse;
· Creare un team solido per la fase di offerta;
· Interagire con altri dipartimenti dell'azienda, specialmente con il Responsabile Tecnico BID&Sistema, l'Ufficio Legale, la Catena di Fornitura, la Finanza e il PM.
Requisiti richiesti:
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
· Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o almeno 5-8 anni di esperienza come Bid Manager o project manager;
· Inglese fluente; Francese o Spagnolo sono un plus;
· Ottime capacità organizzative;
· Buona conoscenza di Excel.
· Atteggiamento proattivo;
· Attitudine al problem solving;
· Ottime capacità relazionali;
· Gestione del tempo;
· Approccio altamente organizzato e metodico alle attività di supporto;
· La riservatezza è un must;
Tipologia contrattuale:
Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato. CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, 14 mensilità. L inquadramento verrà commisurato in base all'esperienza e competenze tecniche acquisite.
