    Contribuisce alla gestione del piano di comunicazione interna attivando tutti i touch point di comunicazione disponibili con l'obiettivo di creare consapevolezza sulla strategia interna, i principali contenuti di business, le tematiche relative al mondo HR e di diffondere i valori aziendali all'interno dell'organizzazione, in tutte le aree e ad ogni livello. Si occupa inoltre dell'organizzazione degli eventi interni, di garantire un'esperienza eccellente ai partecipanti e aumentarne la soddisfazione interna.

    Key Responsibilities
    Contribuisce alla definizione e all'implementazione della strategia di engagement e comunicazione interna e del relativo piano di attività:

  • Implementa e monitora i progetti di comunicazione interna sia locali che internazionali;
  • Gestisce tutti i touch point di comunicazione (intranet, email, newsletter, social media interni, ...) relativamente ai progetti assegnati;
  • Produce i contenuti di comunicazione sia a livello di messaggio che a livello di declinazione grafica;
  • Si occupa dell'organizzazione degli eventi interni;
  • Supporta le iniziative dei diversi dipartimenti della banca al fine di garantire omogeneità di comunicazione in termini di contenuti e valori comunicati;
  • Gestisce il budget di Internal Communication relativamente ai progetti assegnati;
  • Gestisce i rapporti con le agenzie creative per lo sviluppo della comunicazione, dal brief alla consegna dei materiali;
  • Monitora i risultati delle attività seguite attraverso l'attivazione di survey interne.

    • Educational Qualifications

  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o similari.
  • Studi internazionali sono considerati un plus.

    • Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills

  • Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office,
  • Inglese ottimo livello scritto e parlato,
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura e story-telling,
  • Spiccate doti organizzative e progettuali,
  • Capacità di analisi,
  • Forte predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e al lavoro di team,
  • Capacità di gestire alti livelli di stress e scadenze urgenti,
  • Problem solving, senso pratico, flessibilità e apertura mentale.

    • Work Experience
    2-3 di esperienza nel ruolo di Brand Manager o similare, preferibilmente nel mondo di produzione di contenuti, delle telecomunicazioni, del food/beverage o del largo consumo.
