- Write and manage the manuals relating to all company orders and manage the documentation required by the Machinery Directive , possibly in collaboration with external studies;
- Drafting risk analyzes of industrial machines/plants according to the applied legislative and regulatory requirements ;
- Maintain updated and ensure continuous improvement of the company database of standard manuals;
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure that technical documentation is complete and accurate and that the products developed comply with current safety regulations;
- In collaboration with external consultants, develop and maintain internal procedures aimed at ensuring product compliance with the Machinery Directive and continuously update knowledge regarding European regulations, ensuring that the company is in line with the new standards;
- Manage all activities related to MOCA certification and CE compliance ;
- Coordinate training and updating activities relating to the directives.
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive applied to industrial plants;
- Experience gained in writing and managing technical documentation ;
- Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
- Preferential knowledge of the specific regulations of the food sector and of the regulations applicable to MOCA certification ;
- Ability to coordinate and manage activities;
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different company figures;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and SW such as Adobe Indesign.
