    Il nostro cliente è leader nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione di macchine speciali a commessa a elevata customizzazione. Nell'ambito del potenziamento della sua struttura ci ha incaricato di ricercare e selezionare un/una
    Riportando direttamente al CEO del Gruppo avrà la responsabilità delle aree Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management.
    Svolgerà un'accurata analisi dei processi esistenti, individuando e implementando le necessarie azioni correttive, valorizzando le potenzialità dell'organico, ponendosi come punto di riferimento quotidiano in grado di dare indirizzo e metodo alle diverse aree, assicurando presenza, attenzione nonché costanza nel perseguire i target stabiliti.
    Nel dettaglio sarà suo compito:
    definire le migliori strategie per lo sviluppo delle attività in ambito Operations al fine di perseguire gli obiettivi assegnati in termini di lead time e costi;
    sviluppare l'integrazione dei processi fra l'area Engineering e l'Area Manufacturing (make or buy);
    identificare opportunità di standardizzazione dei materiali utilizzati nelle attività produttive, sviluppando gruppi e sottogruppi da gestire in pre-assemblaggio e kit per alimentare le attività di assemblaggio;
    proporre, insieme alla Direzione Procurement, progetti di sinergia e partnership con fornitori esterni qualificati con obiettivi di ottimizzazione della catena di Supply Chain di fornitura;
    promuovere progetti di collaborazione con gli ambiti Sales e R&D per anticipare le esigenze del mercato e predisporre adeguate proposte tecnico/produttive;
    supportare e promuovere i progetti di Lean Manufacturing per ottenere una riduzione dei tempi di consegna, migliorando gli standard di qualità e ottimizzando i costi complessivi di produzione.
    Il candidato ideale è un Manager esperto laureato in Ingegneria che ha maturato un'esperienza pluriennale in ruoli analoghi presso contesti produttivi modernamente organizzati di respiro internazionale operanti in modalità multi-cliente.
    Strutturato, metodico, dotato di forti capacità organizzative, orientato al business e alle persone, sa motivare le risorse, ascoltando e guidando i team di lavoro in modo credibile e assertivo, armonizzando le esigenze del mercato con le capacità operative dell'azienda, favorendo un costante miglioramento dei processi.
    La provenienza dal settore è gradita ma non strettamente vincolante. Verranno perciò valutate con interesse anche candidature provenienti dalla produzione di serie purché siano in grado di confrontarsi in modo costruttivo con un contesto operante a commessa, adattando le metodologie di lavoro in modo pragmatico ed effettivamente applicabile.
    Completano il profilo: conoscenza dell'Inglese, capacità di analisi e di project management, leadership, abitudine a interfacciare interlocutori diversi con approccio diretto e coinvolgente.
