Province of MantovaMain Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sourcing and development activities for components in new projects and processes.
Collaborate closely with R&D and Purchasing for annual ratio & cost saving activities, technical analysis on finished products, and market re-entry insights.
Maintain relationships with European and Asian suppliers for managing non-conformities and defects in electrical/electronic components and other product categories.Develop dedicated control plans to ensure component quality and compliance with supply standards.
Supervise pre-series and production of components and pre-assemblies for new projects.
Work with Advanced Quality to define project specifications aligning with the German headquarters' standards.
Skills and Competencies:
