In qualità di Consultant Adecco, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Permanent, ricerco per importante Multinazionale metalmeccanica sul territorio di Luzzara un*: Sustainability Specialist La risorsa che stiamo cercando ha una formazione ingegneristica ambientale/energetica o titoli affini e dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:• Monitorare lo sviluppo delle future leggi digitali (ad esempio AI Act, Data Act, CRA, ecc.) e analizzarle per verificare se ci potrebbe essere un possibile impatto sui prodotti realizzati dal Gruppo.
• Informare la Community organizzando meeting quotidiani e fornendo aggiornamenti e/o informazioni dedicate
• Partecipare ad associazioni esterne per la digitalizzazione, in accordo con il Direttore PS&A
• Supportare il Direttore PS&A nella gestione di progetti ecologici specifici (come l'implementazione di software specifici)
• comunicare rispetto alle principali future evoluzioni nel settore dei prodotti digitali ed ecologici dell'UE e sulle attività suggerite da implementare ai dipartimenti pertinenti (ad esempio dipartimento di strategia dei prodotti CTO, dipartimenti del ciclo di vita CTO, dipartimenti R&D, dipartimenti vendite, ecc.)Skills:
• Laure Magistrale in Ingegneria dell'Ecologia, Ambientale, Meccanica o Elettrica con focus sulla transizione digitale ed ecologica
• Passione per la tecnologia e l'ambiente
• Esperienza in ruoli legati alla gestione digitale ed ecologica
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente
• Conoscenza e interesse nella raccolta dati, validazione dati, statistica o operazioni/strumenti simili
• Competenze di gestione degli stakeholder
