    Per importante azienda del settore Fashion & Luxury in zona Milano (MI), ricerchiamo n°1 CUSTOMER SERVICE – E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST.

    La risorsa ricercata lavorerà all'interno del team Customer service e gestirà le richieste dei clienti attraverso i principali canali di comunicazione. In particolare si occuperà di:


    • Elaborazione ordini, modifiche e richieste;


    • Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente e fornire un'assistenza clienti professionale, verificando che eventuali problemi tecnici siano risolti;


    • Mantenere sempre un atteggiamento positivo, empatico e professionale nei confronti dei clienti;


    • Rispondere alle domande dei clienti in modo tempestivo e preciso, tramite telefono, e-mail o chat;


    • Monitorare i reclami dei clienti sui social media e fornire assistenza;


    • Raccogliere il feedback dei clienti e condividerlo con i team di prodotto, vendita e marketing.

    Zona di lavoro: Milano Centro (MI).

    Orario di lavoro: Full Time da lunedì al venerdì.

    Inserimento: Tempo determinato con possibilità di proroga.

    Inquadramento: Commisurato all'esperienza.

    Benefit: 2 giorni a settimana di smart working + buoni pasto.

    Profilo

    Il profilo ricercato ha maturato un'esperienza anche minima nella mansione, preferibilmente in realtà del settore Fashion & Luxury.

    Sono da considerarsi requisiti fondamentali:


    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera;


    • Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici, in particolare del pacchetto Office;


    • Buon eloquio, flessibilità e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
