    Manage the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
    Analyze and report on e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
    Oversee the company's customer service team, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
    Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments, and develop plans to target these markets effectively
    Monitor and manage the e-commerce marketing budget
    Improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates by analyzing customer acquisition channels and experimenting with new ones to optimize and scale customer acquisition
    Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices, and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the company's online presence and sales performance
    Ensure the company's e-commerce operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection.
    This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth
    To succeed in this role, you should have:
    At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
    Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (experience with Power BI or similar is a plus)
    Proficiency in Shopify
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    Skill for structure and attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
    Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
    A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
    A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams

    Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skillsPersonal interest or experience with marketplaces (for example Amazon) is a plus in the long runKindly refrain from submitting applications through social media accounts or any other channels.
