- Leadership nell'innovazione: Guidare la ricerca, l'identificazione e l'adozione di tecnologie emergenti per migliorare l'efficienza energetica, ridurre l'impatto ambientale e migliorare le prestazioni dei sistemi HVAC.
- Sviluppo dei prodotti: Dirigere lo sviluppo di prodotti e delle soluzioni innovative, supervisionando l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dall'ideazione al lancio, assicurando che soddisfino le richieste del mercato e gli standard normativi.
- Collaborazione interfunzionale: Collaborare con i team di ingegneria, ricerca e sviluppo, gestione dei prodotti e operazioni, per garantire la perfetta integrazione delle iniziative tecnologiche.
- Competenza tecnica: Mantenersi aggiornato sulle tendenze del settore per guidare i progressi tecnologici all'interno dell'azienda.
- Leadership del team: Guidare un team tecnologico ad alte prestazioni, composto attualmente da 10 persone, promuovendo una cultura di innovazione, collaborazione e apprendimento continuo.
- Partnership strategiche: Identificare e coltivare partnership strategiche con fornitori di tecnologia, istituti di ricerca e stakeholder del settore per promuovere l'innovazione ed espandere le capacità tecnologiche dell'azienda.
- Esperienzain un ruolo di leadership tecnologica, preferibilmente nell'ambito dell'IoT, dell'ottimizzazione energetica, dell'HVAC o di un settore correlato.
- Forte background tecnico, preferibilmente con esperienza in sistemi di gestione dell'energia, tecnologie HVAC, IoT, analisi dei dati e sviluppo software.
- Esperienza nel guidare e realizzare iniziative tecnologiche complesse, dalla concezione all'implementazione.
- Laurea in ingegneria, informatica o in un campo correlato.
