    Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, eines global aufgestellten Unternehmens der Elektronikbranche, suchen wir aktuell, und in unbefristeter Direktanstellung, einen HR Industrial Relations Manager (all genders). Die Funktion mit Fokus auf den den deutschen Markt soll das etablierte Team, welches in Nordhessen angesiedelt ist unterstützen und somit Teil des dynamischen Firmenhauptsitzes werden.
    Ihre Aufgaben (Auszug): Verwaltung und Gestaltung der Beziehungen zu den Betriebsräten in Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam mit dem Vorgesetzten der GewerkschaftenBereitstellung der erforderlichen Unterstützung und Rechtsberatung bei allen Fragen in Zusammenhang mit Beschäftigungsverhältnissen (d. h. Einstellung, Kündigung, Verlängerungen, Arbeitszeiten, Urlaub, Genehmigungen, Erwartungen, Mutterschaft, Krankheit, Unfälle, Versetzungen usw.)Übernahme der Gestaltung der Vereinbarungen und der Beziehungen zu den lokalen BetriebsrätenFederführende Definition von Standards in der Personalabteilung in Bezug auf das Arbeitsrecht und die damit verbundenen Verfahren.Verwaltung von arbeitsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten und möglichen Gerichtsverfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit externen DienstleisternErfahrung im Umgang mit Themenbereich wie Altersteilzeit, Kurzarbeit und ähnlichen sozial-/tarifvertraglichen InstrumentenWöchentliche und monatliche Berichterstattung über Aktivitäten/Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der VerwaltungGewährleistung der ordnungsgemäßen Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten, europäischen Projekten gemäß den Anforderungen des ManagementsUnterstützung der Personalabteilung bei der monatlichen Überwachung und Verfolgung der Arbeitskosten, einschließlich Prognosen und diesbezüglicher AnalysenFörderung der Kommunikation zwischen dem Topmanagement und den Mitarbeitern aller AbteilungenUnterstützung des lokalen HS&E-ManagersIhre Qualifikationen (Auszug): Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Umfeld eines metallverarbeitenden ProduktionsunternehmensErfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-PaketsVertiefte Kenntnisse der Arbeitsrichtlinien und -vorschriften sowie der ArbeitssicherheitsstandardsAusgeprägte Kenntnisse des deutschen ArbeitsrechtsAusgezeichnete Kommunikations- und EntscheidungsfähigkeitFlexibilität und Bereitschaft in interdisziplinären Team zu wirkenFließende Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen SpracheSollten Sie sich in dieser herausfordernden Position wiederfinden und/oder Fragen haben, so wenden Sie sich an Ihren Ansprechpartner von Antal International GmbH Herr Edward Moore per Email ******
